HUNTER TULLY
National Diabetes Care
Hunter Tully is a U.S. Navy veteran, holds an MBA from University of Michigan and is an talented executive with 23 years of experience leading logistics business for Fortune 500 organization. He successfully led and scaled a private logistics company from $10M to $55M in sales over 5 years while discovering his love for building ventures with meaningful impact.
In 2023, he co-founded National Diabetes Care (NDC), a veteran-owned durable medical equipment supplier that seeks to enable access to preventive diabetic care for all. With a technology enabled platform and strong operational foundation, their national network of certified fitters can reach over 70% of the US population with needed diabetic shoes, continuous glucose monitors (CGM), and braces. Motivated by sobering studies on health and human services, NDC is driven to provide streamlined and affordable access to preventive care that can reduce complications and increase quality of life significantly through the product and services they provide.
To deepen its redemptive impact on diabetics, NDC has recently partnered with the PTSD USA Foundation to approach The Tunnel to Towers Foundation to provide diabetic care to US veterans at the Tunnel to Towers Veteran Villages across the U.S.

JUAN BARCENAS
Royal Marine Electric and Service
Amid national turmoil, Juan Barcenas earned an electrical engineering degree from Simón Bolívar University in Venezuela. Seeking new horizons, he moved to the U.S. and began working in the marine industry in Fort Lauderdale. Juan quickly recognized a critical gap in the industry: the need for expert, reliable marine electrical services delivered with precision, care, and integrity. Determined to raise the standard, he combined his strong academic background with real-world experience to create a company that truly understands the needs of yacht owners and operators and provides white glove service with utmost integrity and reliability.
In 2021, Royal Marine was born with an initial focus on essential services such as routine maintenance, battery care, and lighting installations. Today, the company delivers far more - offering advanced electronic installations, including sophisticated navigation systems, alarm monitoring system programming and integration. The company now sets South Florida’s benchmark for technical knowledge, quality craftsmanship, and personalized service.
Juan is now launching his most exciting initiative - Hull to Heart, a charitable initiative created with the purpose of restoring vessels and using their renewed value to make a tangible impact in children’s lives. The program’s core model involves acquiring and restoring a boat with support from its partners in order to auction with profits donated to a charitable organization that serves children in need or crisis.

GIOVANNY CERVANTES
TY Rewards
Giovanny Cervantes brings 15 years of strategic leadership across financial services, technology, and digital innovation, having guided strategy, operations, and sales teams at AIG, Chubb, Diners Club, Discover, OLX, and Delivery Hero. He also launched and ran a cross-border digital marketing agency serving clients in Latin America and the United States. After a pandemic sabbatical clarified his purpose, Giovanny completed a Wharton accelerator in 2021 and introduced TY Rewards to boost small-business growth through loyalty, referrals, and integrated social impact.
TY Rewards is an innovative platform born of Giovanny’s passion for helping small businesses grow through genuine customer connections. DAVID BRINK

Dave Brink is faith-driven entrepreneur with deep roots in ministry, technology, and business. With over 20 years of IT industry experience and a lifelong background in student ministry, Dave strives to discover new ways to serve God, the Church, and his local community through new and exciting ways. For nearly 15 years, he served at a large insurance agency group as an IT professional and later a producer.
In 2021, Dave launched Marvel IT Services, a company that partners with small to medium businesses and nonprofits to deliver relational, reliable IT support and end-to-end technology services — from Microsoft 365 and cloud hosting to VoIP, data backup and cybersecurity — so that small businesses can focus on growth.
Dave is excited to use his skills and expertise to build a new way to engage our community in providing long-term, expert IT services to ministries and nonprofits—especially new church plants and underfunded missions—that often lack the resources for essential tech support. His vision is to empower these organizations to thrive in today’s digital world through sustainable, budget-friendly, and mission-aligned solutions.

Julia Lucidi is an expert community-builder who has spent 15 years developing strategies that support the growth of tech and innovation communities. She has led initiatives to support entrepreneurs through organizations such as Endeavor Brazil, Global Entrepreneurship Network, The Coca-Cola Company and the Cambridge Innovation Center.
In 2023 Julia Lucidi launched Founder Tactics with the mission of curating events and content to empower entrepreneurs. The company produces the Fort Lauderdale Tech Meetup – South Florida’s fastest-growing tech community with over 4,000 guests in 2 years and “Founder Tactics with Julia Lucidi”, a podcast of candid interviews revealing how entrepreneurs built meaningful networks, overcame personal challenges, and found their path to growth.
In a world that often celebrates independence, we can all agree with her that the role of collaboration and interdependence is vital.
